MITERCUT 5400
Available in two different setups. The MiterCut 5400 is the basic model capable of cutting sheets and compound miters with the use of the angle guides on each side.

Comes with the template holder and counter weights.  The template holder takes custom designed templates for moldings or columns while the counter weights insure smooth fluid harp movement while following the template. Create custom designs for columns or moldings using a hardboard template pattern of your design.  Template may be up to 26? radius x 1/4? thick (66cm x 122cm x 6.35mm).

OUTFEED SUPPORT 5610
Comprised of two outfeed tables with leveling feet and a cam-locking fence for fast, accurate cuts.  Fence includes a hairline indicator and measuring scale to increase the guillotine’s performance. This support system has sheet metal tops with 48? (122cm) back fence capacity.

6300 POWER ADHESIVES

The TEC 6300 is a unique, economic, spray applicator that makes hotmelt spray applications affordable for everyone. Built to a very high standard, the TEC 6300 is a totally self contained unit, requiring only compressed air and electricity to operate. There are no expensive bulk tanks or fragile heated hoses to go wrong.

The TEC 6300 takes only 10 minutes to warm up from cold and is fast and safe to reload using 43mm TECBOND adhesive cartridges.

Just pull the trigger and the adhesive is melted on demand by the powerful 500 watt heated melt chamber. Adhesive output is controlled by adjusting the air pressure, and the spray pattern is varied by using the rear mounted spray control knob (easy to use by both left and right-handed operators).

The TEC 6300 is the highest output, hand-held industrial hotmelt spray glue gun available. Capable of dispensing up to 10 lbs/hr of molten hotmelt per hour, the TEC 6300 is ideal for covering areas up to about 10 square feet at a time. It can also be used on heat sensitive substrates such as expanded polystyrene and other plastic foams. A range of spray adhesive formulations are available to suit most applications.

The TEC 6300 spray system is solvent-free and non-toxic, so there are none of the environmental problems that are often associated with other spray adhesive applicators.

Built to meet all the latest European Electrical Safety Standards, the TEC 6300 comes complete with an integral gun stand, suspension ring, full operating instructions and a one year guarantee.

The TEC 6300 range includes both high and low temperature versions (please note, these tools are made to order and have the following references 6300HT or 6300LT).

Hotmelt Glue Gun Options and Accessories

The TEC 6300 is supplied with a 0.080” orifice wide spray nozzle The spray pattern can be altered by air pressure and the distance you hold the gun from the substrate. Optional nozzle assemblies are available to produce a narrow or wide spray pattern and optional valve assemblies are available to increase or decrease the amount of adhesive extruded. The caps and valves are color coded for identification purposes. Please ask for further details.

Heavy Duty Free Standing Metal Stand (Part No. PA3096)

Ideal if the gun is being used on a work surface where it is convenient to return it to its stand after use. It is also ideal where it might be necessary to remove its integral stand to gain easier access into restricted areas around components being assembled.

This is limited-time-use tool.
To avoid overheating and damaging the tool, depress the trigger for 15 seconds, then release the trigger for 15 seconds. Continue this cycle for a maximum of 5 minutes. Then let the tool rest for 2-1/2 minutes. Using the tool longer than 5 minutes at a time will cause heat damage and is not covered by the warranty.

4-DRAWER BIN CABINET

This 12-gauge all-welded stainless steel storage cabinet comes with 110 yellow bins, an adjustable shelf and 4 drawers. 2 drawers are 3” high, 1drawer is 4” high, and 1 drawer is 6” high. All drawers are 30” wide and 14” deep. Ball bearing slides provide for smooth opening of drawers. The large bin is 8 1/4” w x 14 3/4” d x 7” h and can hold up to 60 pounds.
